For more than three decades, attorney Jami S. Oliver has fought for people and families facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

As the founder of Oliver Law Office, Jami represents individuals throughout Ohio in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including catastrophic vehicle and truck accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, and other complex claims.

Jami founded Oliver Law Office in 2000 with a commitment to giving injured people the kind of determined, personal representation they deserve. Since then, she has built a nationally recognized trial practice while remaining deeply involved in the legal profession and the Central Ohio community.

Her work has earned recognition from many of the nation’s leading legal organizations. In 2026, Ohio Super Lawyers named Jami to the Ohio Top 100 attorneys, one of its most prestigious statewide distinctions. She was also again selected among the Ohio Top 50 Women and Columbus Top 50 attorneys, continuing a history of Super Lawyers recognition spanning more than two decades.

Also in 2026, Jami received the prestigious national Wiedemann & Wysocki Award from the American Association for Justice, recognizing her commitment to the civil justice system and the legal profession.

Serving Is Part of Our Mission

Jami S. Oliver has given much of her time and talent to benefit PanCan (The Pancreatic Action Network) and those struggling with pancreatic cancer. She has traveled to Washington DC to meet with representatives of Congress for many years, leading the advocates and volunteers from the State of Ohio in asking Congress to fund pancreatic cancer research and early detection.
